PuTTY is a free implementation of Telnet and SSH for Win32 platforms, along with an xterm terminal emulator. It is written and maintained primarily by Simon Tatham.
Secure FTP
Free software that allows secure connections to FTP servers. A joint production from Glub Tech and the San Diego Supercomputer Center.
TeraTerm Pro Web
Freeware modification of original TeraTerm. Works with Windows 95/98, XP and 2000; also provides ability to connect via SSH2.

The Bare Bones Guide to HTML
This is Version 4, which conforms to HTML 4.0. It's a list of every official HTML tag in common use, with IE and Netscape extensions. Available in various formats and 21 languages.
W3C HTML Homepage
The W3C is the organization that determines the specifications for HTML and XHTML. Their website provides a wealth of resources, including includes guidelines, tutorials, validation utilities and other useful material.
