    How do I update my account information?
    If you need to update your contact information, please e-mail us at support@bizfu.com or call us at (831) 439-1718.

    Help! I forgot my password!
    E-mail us at support@bizfu.com or call us at (831) 439-1718. We'll call you with a new password. For security reasons, we don't send passwords via e-mail.

    How do I change my password?
    Let us know that you want a new password via phone or e-mail. Please don't put your desired new password in an e-mail. We will call you back with your new password. For security reasons, we neither send nor accept password information via e-mail.

    How do I log into my account?
    Click on the Login link (under Image Hosting, in the menu to your left), then enter your account name and password at the prompt.

    How do I log out?
    Just close your browser window.

    How do I upload images to my account?

    • Once you're logged in, click the Upload Images link.
    • Click Browse. Locate the file you wish to upload, then select it.
    • Click Open. Make sure the file is in one of the supported formats (gif, jpg, bmp, etc.).
    • Click the Upload button.

    What types of files can I upload?
    The following file extensions are allowed:

    • jpg
    • jpeg
    • gif
    • png
    • bmp
    • doc
    • txt
    • swf
    • pdf

    We do not allow HTML pages or any types of scripts.

    How do I download images from my account to my computer?

    • Position your cursor over the image or its filename, then click the right mouse button. A menu should appear.
    • Select the Save As option.
    • If you want to do so, rename the file and locate the directory in which you want to save it.
    • Click Save.

    How do I view my images?
    While in your Image Directory, simply click on the filename of the image you wish to see. To view your images in a separate window, click the Popview button next to the name of the image you would like to see.

    How do I delete an image?

    • Check the Delete box next to the image you wish to delete.
    • Click the Delete button below.

    How do I rename an image?

    • Click the Rename option next to the image. A pop-up window should appear.
    • Enter the new filename, making sure to include a valid extension at the end.
    • Click the Rename button.

    How do I add an image to a webpage?
    In your Image Directory, click the Linktext option next to the picture you wish to add. This will show you the text you need to add to your website code. Use the HTTP Link Text if you're adding the image to a standard webpage; use the HTTPS Link Text if you're adding it to a secure webpage.

    How do I edit and/or resize my images?
    We do not currently provide image editing functionality with our hosting service. But there are any number of free and purchaseable image editors, which will allow you to manipulate your image files. We don't officially endorse or recommend any, but here's a selection of them:
