What customer support options do you provide?
All our hosting and colocation customers have access to the following:

Phone Support: available during regular business hours (M-F 9AM - 5PM PST) at (831) 477-9255.

E-mail Support: available 24 hours a day at support@bizfu.com. Our response time is usually 4 hours during normal business hours and 8 hours outside of normal business hours.

Customer Service Forum: The BizFu message board provides a forum in which customers can interact with BizFu tech support personnel and with each other. While the board is "officially" staffed only during normal business hours, BizFu staff have been known to lurk there after-hours while working with customers or on company projects.
