How do I change/update my billing information?
Send us the new information via e-mail, fax or postal mail.
Help! There's an error on my bill!
Let us know about it via e-mail or phone. We'll help you rectify the problem as soon as possible.
How do I transfer ownership of my account?
E-mail us with the following information:
- the domain name/s you're transferring (if you're a web hosting client)
- your username
- the contact information (name, address, phone number and e-mail address) of the new owner
We'll contact the new owner separately to confirm the transfer.
What types of payment do you accept?
We currently accept the following types of payment:
- PayPal (preferred method). Pay to bizfu@bizfu.com
- Check or money order. Make payable to BizFu, LLC and mail to BizFu, 1840 41st Ave., #102, PMB 227, Capitola, CA 95010
- Money transfer. Please e-mail or call us to arrange this.
All payments should be made in US dollars.
What billing periods are available?
By default, we send invoices every month. But we are also amenable to quarterly, bi-annual or annual billing. We also offer an extra month of service to those who sign up for a year.
What billing types are available?
Our preferred billing method is via e-mail, but we can also send paper invoices upon request.
What are your payment policies?
All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. Domain registration fees and setup fees are non-refundable. All pricing is guaranteed for the term of pre-payment. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer notifies BizFu in writing for a request for termination of services. All payments must be made in U.S. currency.
What are your refund policies?
Domain registration fees, setup fees and partial month balances are non-refundable. We will refund the balance on prepaid accounts, minus any partial month balances and discounts.
What are your overage policies?
If you consistently go over the resource limits (bandwidth, disk space, CPU or anything else) provided in your account, we will notify you via phone or e-mail. If the situation is not rectified in two business days, we will automatically upgrade you to the appropriate service package and begin billing you for it.
What are your delinquent account policies?
Any account that is delinquent for 60 days will automatically be turned off. Account reactivation after this time may be subject to a service fee.
Do you offer discounts to non-profit organizations?
Yes. Fax or mail us a copy of your 501(c)(3) for a 20% discount on any of our hosting services.
Any other discounts?
Yes. We provide discounted web hosting service in return for a Powered-by or Sponsored-by logo on your website.
